What is Red Pilates House?

A heated Pilates-inspired sculpt studio in Hazlet, NJ. Every class runs in a heated room under giant red-light panels that stay on from warm-up to cool-down.

Where are you located?

Hazlet Town Center, 3044 NJ-35, Hazlet, NJ 07730. There’s plenty of parking right in the plaza.

When do you open?

Soon. Join the list to hear first about opening day, founding offers, and first access to the schedule.

How do I book a class?

Classes, memberships, and waivers will be booked online through Mariana Tek. Booking opens closer to launch, and people on the list hear first.

What is the red light?

Red-light panels hang over the entire studio and stay on for the whole class. It’s part of the studio experience, not a medical treatment. If you’re pregnant, sensitive to light, or managing a medical condition, check with your doctor before class.

What should I bring?

Water. The room is heated and you will sweat.
